The Photo Walk Club
Cameras, Cafés, Conversations
About
Your host, Hamna
Photography has always been more than just taking photos. It’s how I slow down and notice the world around me - whether I’m traveling or at home in Chicago
When I lived in Washington, D.C., I attended many photo walks while working a high stress corporate job. Photo walks became my creative outlet. More importantly, they became a way for me to meet and connect with incredible creatives, some of whom I’m still friends with today. I’ve always loved the energy of meeting new people everywhere I go, and I wanted to create a space that makes that kind of connection easy.
The Photo Walk Club is a space to be outside, connect with fellow creatives and practice photography skills and equipment. There’s something special about exploring spaces with others who are also paying attention to the little things

FAQ

What is a photo walk?
A photo walk is basically a creative group gathering. We explore, take photos, notice the little things, and connect with new people. No rules, no pressure, just good energy and curiosity
Do I need photography experience?
All levels are welcome! From iPhone shooters to seasoned photographers
Are photo walks workshops or courses?
Nope! There’s no formal teaching. Think of it as a creative hang, not a lesson
What should I bring?
Your camera or phone, comfy shoes, and an open mind
Can I come alone?
Yes! In fact, most people do. It’s designed to be friendly, welcoming, and low-pressure
